Greater than 45min - 1hr. Generally 1-2 treatment areas ($10 travel fee may be added if outside our 5mi radius).

1-1.5hrs+. Generally 2 or more treatment areas ($10 travel fee may be added if outside our 5mi radius).

An initial assessment and discussion of treatment to evaluate appropriateness for services ($20 will be deducted from initial evaluation costs)

Discussion of history, symptoms, and goals. Evaluation and assessment of symptoms and function. Exercise prescription, physical therapy treatment, dry needling, and/or plan of care creation all included.
